Hello. I am the network admin for a local hotel property that uses an Intellex DV16000 DVMS for its CCTV operations. At this time, we are unable to access the system due to a lost security code. Is there an override for this? The software is version 3.1 running on a Windows 2000 Professional platform. I did find recovery disks on sale online for it, however the software is running fine otherwise. Also, is there training videos available for the 3.1 version as I saw for 3.2? Thanks.

First off, thank you for joining our private forum...

Question - you can not access to enter into Intellex software or access to change Intellex? If someone changed the admin password, then you can override it... I have to PM this info rather than posting it here.

You do not have to restore the system if the problem is only with passwords.

The training videos available online basically are the same regardless if it they are 3.0 or 3.2... there are only very few changes between these version. Once you take control on the admin password, I will suggest you to upgrade your system from version 3.1 to latest 3.x... series here: http://americandynamics.net/support/downloads_20050131_Intellex32Upgrade_r3255c.aspx
