Can motion detection trigger recording on/off?

Hi all,

My first posting a question here. I'm setting up an Intellex IP based security system for the first time. Recording space is an issue and I'm wondering if it's possible to configure the recording so that it only records when motion is detected and once the motion ceases, the recording goes off.

Does anyone know if this is possible with the Intellex IP setup?

Hi Bob, thank you for visiting our forum.

There is no difference on the functionality between regular Intellex systems and Intellex IP systems except how you connect your cameras. Otherwise, it is the same software and exact same features.
