Alternative Security Systems is pleased to announce the launch of their new support forum CCTVhelp.com. Unlike other CCTV forums that are publicly accessible, CCTVhelp.com is unique in that it operates as a private/invitation only forum. This means that only members in your user group can view and post threads in your forum. The separation of user groups into private forums creates a comfortable environment that allows users to communicate in a manner that is most natural to them. Users who have similar businesses and backgrounds stimulates more relevant conversation between forum members and a higher accuracy of information pertaining to submitted questions.
CCTVhelp.com hopes you find our special approach more beneficial in comparison with traditional CCTV related support forums. Feel free to leave us feedback in your forum's "Site Feedback" section. Aside from the private user group forums registered users also gain access to our public forums.
In the Announcements, News, and Reviews forum you will find site related announcements, updated news from the CCTV industry, and our in-house product reviews of CCTV related equipment. Ask The Doctor forum allows users to ask the CCTV doctor questions relating to multi-vendor hardware and software configurations. This is a good place to post a difficult questions pertaining to your system that manufacturers or forum group members cannot answer. The Manufactures Only forum is open for all users to view and reply to currently created threads, but only Manufactures have access to create new posts in this forum. Intellex Only Forum is a forum dedicated to a particular brand of DVR called the Intellex. Any troubleshooting questions or issues related to hardware/software can be answered here. Finally, The IntelleView Project forum is a unique forum where the IntelleView software can be showcased. IntelleView is a software development project that interfaces POS systems with Intellex DVR systems. This forum will also house input from POS/IntelleView developers and contributors.
